Himachal Pradesh - The Land of Gods

Deotibba Hampta Pass

The Deo Tibba trek is one of the most beautiful, offbeat treks in Himachal Pradesh. The treks begin from Jagatsukh, about 10 km away from Manali, and takes you through pristine forests, sweeping meadows, and beautiful high altitude pastures, while the majestic peak of Deo Tibba chaperones your magical journey.

Kareri Lake Trek

Hiking through the narrow passes, challenging terrains, evergreen forests and rugged trails, you can witness the magical beauty of the Kareri Lake in Himachal Pradesh. Standing at a towering height of 10,863ft, a trek to the Kareri Lake will introduce you to the pristine and untouched beauty of the Himalayas.

Kinner Kailash Circuit Trek

The Kinner Kailash Parikrama trek takes you into a deep wilderness of the Kinnaur region. The most scenic and remotest region of Himachal, located close to the Indo-Tibetan border, Kinnaur is home to the sacred Mt. Kinner Kailash. With Kinnaur as the origin, this strenuous trek reaches a height of 17,257ft and takes around 15 challenging days to complete.

Rising from the Shivalik ranges and moving higher into the mid-Himalayas, Greater Himalayas, and beyond, into the trans-Himalayan vast expanse of western Tibet, Himachal Pradesh is a land of grand diversity. This highest mountain chain in the world has been revered and worshipped down the ages as the abode of the Gods. Many peaks and mountain lakes in Himachal are considered sacred where believers, braving storms and snow, trek for an annual pilgrimage.

Sheltered by the ranges, rivers and their feeding tributary streams have carved out some of the most serene, scenic and fertile valleys. The high mountain desert valley of Spiti, the scenic Sangla valley of Kinnaur, the charming Beas valley of Kullu-Manali and Mandi, the indulgent land of Kangra valley, the aesthetically cut out Chamba valley and Lahaul valley, crowded with some of the biggest glaciers in the entire Himalayas, is the backdrop of Himachal Pradesh, a geography as exciting as it can get.

From sweet and therapeutic spring waters to healing hot springs, Himalayas has blessed Himachal with great natural riches.
